Here is another evil organization for Captain-Japan GX to fight.

This is the Haunter-Clan, a group of phantom-like beings that came from the Underworld to gain power from the fears of people. Kaizer-Phantom is the ghost-like leader of the clan, Hydra is the lead warrior, Lady Specter is the clan's witch and the group's grunts, the Screamers.

Speaking of the Screamers, the Haunter-Clan has two types of kaijin, the Haunter-Mutants (monsterous chimeras) and the Screamer-Haunters (Screamers that are given powerful forms and super-powers).
